How it works

01

Connect your calendar

Medarno finds your recurring meetings and preps the next one before you ask.

02

Throw everything else at it

Type it, say it, or screenshot it. Medarno works out whether it's a task, a shopping item, a follow-up, or something to remember.

03

See one day, not five apps

Work, house and family in a single agenda, with the next thing already picked for you.

People keep meeting commitments, shopping lists, house jobs, follow-ups they're waiting on, and everything the kids need, in the same place.

What we ask for

Read-only Google Calendar access, and nothing else at signup. Medarno uses calendar events to show your day and prepare recurring meetings. No Gmail unless you turn it on later. Your content is stored as plain files you can export any time. Delete your account and everything goes with it. Built in Denmark, and self-hostable if you would rather run it yourself.

What you control

You choose what to add after calendar sign-in. Meetings, notes, tasks, waiting-for items, house jobs and lists can live together, but you can start with only the calendar view and add the rest when it is useful.

Start with your calendar. Add the rest as it comes.

Medarno preps your next recurring meeting from what actually happened last time. Everything else can follow whenever you want.
